Starting February 2nd, I have added availability for new clients at a Cranbrook location at 1601 1st St S, with appointments between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Mondays.

I will also continue to offer sessions at my Fort Steele, BC office.

When life gets loud, our nervous system doesn’t need much—just a moment to settle and remember where we are.

Grounding isn’t complicated. It can be as simple as noticing the light on the ridge or taking one steady breath. Small things that make the rest of the day easier to carry.

These are skills anyone can learn, and I’m here to help people build them in a way that feels natural and doable.
