The mountains always remind me how much our bodies already know.
When life gets loud, our nervous system doesn’t need much—just a moment to settle and remember where we are.
Grounding isn’t complicated. It can be as simple as noticing the light on the ridge or taking one steady breath. Small things that make the rest of the day easier to carry.
These are skills anyone can learn, and I’m here to help people build them in a way that feels natural and doable.
