It is with so much joy that I get to share with you what's next!!!

I have recently taken an INFANT MASSAGE course which gives me the opportunity to work with Parents and their babies to guide them through different massage strokes and techniques.

What might this look like...

We will get together once a week for 6 weeks, and classes will be roughly 90 minutes long. All of the classes are baby-led and focused on connecting with our littles. It gives parents one-on-one time to bond and offer nurturing touch, along with numerous other benefits! It is also a great time for other parents to socialize and support one another along their journey of parenthood.

Here's where I need your HELP!

Part of my certification requires me to work with 5 families over 5 weeks! I am offering classes on Fridays at 9:30am starting November 7th @ Zenergy H&W in Frankford!

Behind these doors marks a new start to a journey I have been on since 2015 👣 Over the years, my mindset has changed but I feel I am exactly where I need to be this time!

I am so proud and grateful I have found my tribe 🧘🏼‍♀️ And I can't wait to share what's behind this door with you! Our bars will be finished this weekend and the room will soon be tranformed into a place for everyone to heal, relax and find peace with their mind, body & soul 🙌
