The hardest question I asked myself this week was "What am I most proud of in 2025?"

And to be honest - I have no firm answer.

I work hard to do all the things I do personally and professionally so I find the word 'proud' a challenge I think.

I'm grateful I had the opportunity to travel far and near (Costa Rica, BC, Mexico & a few beautiful places throughout Ontario).
I'm grateful I could create meaningful connections for myself and others through a variety of workshops and events.
I'm grateful I had enough wellness to move my body joyfully throughout the year.

So maybe if the word doesn't fit - think about what does and for me it's gratitude. What about you?

A recreation of my face as I assumed it looked this afternoon when a doctor I was talking to said "...fast food gluttons, no judgement, but people who are fast food gluttons..."
No judgement??? Really?? Basically she said the quiet part out loud and this is how she truly feels about some of her patients. The medical fatphobia that exists is disgusting.

So true!!
And I have space for new clients in the new year, so if you're interested, reach out and we can book a discovery call to see if we're a good fit.
Get set up for good/better mental health in the new year!

Sure, your friend really likes them. You've heard great things! But does that mean they are the right fit for you? Not necessarily.

Finding the right counsellor or psychotherapist isn’t one size fits all. The support you need can change with different seasons of your life. One professional might be the perfect fit for individual counselling, while another may be better suited for couples work. Sometimes it even comes down to something as simple as availability.

At Fearless, we have a team of practitioners so you can find the right fit for your needs—right now, and as they evolve. To learn more about our team and to book an appointment, click the link below.

We had to postpone this workshop from the 7th, so now it's this Sunday at

Sunday (Dec 14th) from 12 - 2!!!

There will be treats from Ma's pantry, gentle yoga, grounding meditation, nervous system reset movement, and MORE!!!!

The event is Pay What You Can and the group will be small and cozy. You DESERVE rest leading up to the holidays and I'm happy to facilitate that!!

Aging is a privilege. I fully believe this with my whole heart.

AND there's some cognitive dissonance for me because I like the first photo better, with light foundation, eyeliner and mascara on than the last one freshly washed because I feel I look younger, prettier, maybe even more professional/respectable...

Often the world around us tells us that we'd be better if we were younger, thinner, prettier, more respectable etc... Rejecting that messaging is hard AND vital if we want to live a full life. If we want to be fully authentic, we need to reject the way the world WANTS/EXPECTS us to be and simply be ourselves.

I'm not saying I'm not going to wear makeup, rather I'm going to appreciate myself with it without out. I'm going to acknowledge my feelings AND work toward self acceptance.

My goal is to always show up as authentically as possible - sometimes that's admitting things that seem off brand... I'm always a work in progress!!

Instead of waiting for the new year, I decided to start this awesome new journal today!!

Yes, my ADHD LOVES a new journal... maybe this time I'll get all the way to the end because I'm not trying to start it on January 1st.
I'm going to keep it beside my spot on the couch so it's easily accessible every day AND I've made it a recurring task in my phone calendar. As much as my ADHD loves a new journal, my brain will still forget it exists.

Do you like a new journal?
Do you get through a whole one before starting a new one?

This is GREAT!!!

This is GREAT!!!

For so many of us, that feeling of ‘what have I done this year’ can be really strong. Years fly by so fast, and so many of us go into a year with lots of goals and ambitions, only for day-to-day life to quickly get in the way.

This month of journaling, waiting for you as a printable, encourages you to seek out the positives, the progress, and the overlooked joys from the year, no matter how small.

With this type of perspective shift, you can see the past year in a new light. You have done so much this year; you just may not be looking in the right places for those wins, experiences, and achievements.

My favourite vegetation lunch!!
Base: Quinoa & Red lentils
Onion, peppers, bok choy, peas, and garlic

The best part of this meal is that you can change the flavour profile by what you put on it - today is soy sauce, tomorrow might be salsa or hot sauce or hot honey - this mixture works with all of it!!
I like cooking once on Sunday and eating this for lunch all week. Lunches have always been the hardest meal for me - but also for many others I work with so here's an idea 💡

High protein, high fiber, quite delicious!!!
