*This option is for patients who want to have the Enhanced Healthy Living Assessment completed prior to the webinar, allowing you to follow along with your own results.) You will need to complete your blood work at least 1 week before the webinar to have your results back in time to follow along. If interested, you should call reception to sign up and receive your blood work requisition as soon as possible to give yourself enough time to go to the lab.
