🌿✨ Rebuild your Body from the Inside Out ✨🌿
Life moves fast. Deadlines, notifications, responsibilities… sometimes your body barely gets a moment to catch up. But what if your reset button was closer than you think?
πŸ‘£ Reflexology works by applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands, ears, or face to release stress, restore, and maintain the body’s
natural balance, and facilitate healing. Think of it as a targeted conversation with your nervous system that says: you can relax now.
Why people love reflexology:
🌿 Helps release stress and tension
πŸ’† Supports relaxation and better body awareness
⚑ Encourages natural energy and balance
Assists with pain management, insomnia, anxiety
Helps to manage hormonal and digestive issues
πŸ’– Creates a moment to reconnect with yourself
Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapists (RCRTβ„’) are trained professionals dedicated to providing safe, supportive care that helps your body find its natural rhythm again.

🚨 New Study Alert! 🚨
Emerging research continues to explore the role of reflexology in clinical settings and the results are encouraging!
A recent study comparing foot and hand reflexology in patients admitted to a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CCU) found that both approaches were effective in reducing anxiety.
Even more compelling?
πŸ‘‹ Hand reflexology also showed potential in reducing pain.
In high-stress, high-acuity environments like cardiac intensive care, reflexology can help regulate anxiety and improve comfort. Studies like this continue to highlight how reflexology may serve as a valuable complementary therapy alongside conventional medical care.

πŸ‘‘ Reflexology β€” Fit for a Queen πŸ‘‘

Season 4 of Bridgerton has now hit Netflix. If you’ve watched the previous season of Bridgerton, you may have spotted a familiar moment in Season 3, Episode 5 β€” Queen Charlotte turning to foot reflexology to ease her stress.
Clearly, royalty knows a thing or two about self-care. πŸ‘£βœ¨
Reflexology invites you into that same world of calm and renewal β€” helping release tension, encourage circulation, and support overall wellbeing. No crown required, just time for yourself.
Because everyone deserves to feel a little regal. 🌸

About the Owner...

Jennifer Oram, BSc, RHN, RCRT Owner

Jennifer grew up in Grimsby, ON and attended the University of Guelph where she received her Bachelor of Science (BScHons) with a Minor in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences. She went on to receive her diploma as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in April of 2017. Growing up in Grimsby, Jennifer often had reflexology treatments even at a young age and fell in love with the holistic modality at her first session. This passion stayed with her throughout her schooling and in April 2018, she received her RCRT certification and opened her own business in the heart of the Trent Valley. Jennifer Oram is a current member of the Reflexology Association of Canada.

Jennifer and her husband moved to the Quinte West area in 2016 and often refer to their new hometown as "paradise". The abundance of songbirds surrounding their home inspired her business name!
