I hope everyone is enjoying their day. I spent mine at the new location at 1787 Route 640, setting things up. I am loving the vibe of the new space but I am still not completely sure how I want everything set up since I have never had this much space before! Bear with me as I will likely be moving and changing the space up over the next couple of weeks! Cheers to the new year! I can't wait for everyone to see the new space!

Exciting news everyone! Starting in January I will be moving my business to the Hanwell. Besides moving the business I will also be expanding. This means I am currently looking to add other health practitioners to complement my current modalities. I am open to Physio, Osteopathy, Counselling, Acupuncture, etc. If you know of any practitioners that may be looking for a space, please send me their info or have them reach out to me!
