Since I am not on FB much - I wanted to share some exciting things that have been happening with me this year.

At the end of July, I became a Certified Reflexology Therapist after completing the Reflexology Course, Practical Hours and Exam. I’m in the process of getting set up with Insurance Companies to be able to have this as a billable service for people who have Reflexology coverage on their health plans. Stay tuned for some more information on what type of services will be offered. I plan on combining this with my Reiki / Energy Intuitive sessions.

I have also started my training in Craniosacral Therapy and have completed CST Basic Elements 1 (Level 1) on April 27 and am already signed up for Level 2 at the end of October. This is another modality that can easily be combined with my Reiki / Energy Intuitive sessions.

Now for something BIG - I am stepping out of my comfort zone and will be participating in The Gathering that is being held this Saturday Sept 20 from 12-6 at The Capital Exhibition Center. If you have ever wondered what it is that I do - now is your chance to find out!

Be Gentle on yourself as Mercury goes retrograde today and stays that way for the next 3 weeks 💗

Mercury goes retrograde today.

For the next three weeks, the trickster planet will bring technical snafus, communication mishaps, and cross-wiring.

2020 being the way it is, the effects of this transit are much, much deeper than that.

Mercury will be retrograde in Cancer - the sign of nurturing, motherhood, and childhood memories.

With Venus, the sign of the heart, also in retrograde (along with five other planets this month), you are entering the realm of the emotions and spirit.

As we heal the wounds of our collective psyche, our personal traumas are unearthed as well.

How can it be any other way? Like drops in the ocean, the water element teaches us how deeply connected we all are.

This next month will be devoted to learning more compassionate ways to communicate, deepening our understanding of how to nurture ourselves while finding strength through vulnerability, and understanding how to make this planet a safe home for all beings.

Your childhood wounds may make themselves known. This is part of the healing that needs to happen.

The eclipses over the next two weeks will bring many revelations.

This is a liberating process, not one to be feared.
