Modalities included: deep tissue massage, Active release technique, acupuncture and cupping massage. Laura has been practicing massage therapy since 2005.

She specializes in Active Release Technique, Acupuncture, and Cupping Massage. Her confidence is portrayed in her practice and her knowledge of anatomy and pathologies of the body make her treatments specific to her client’s needs. She believes in educating her clients and encourages them to engage in postural awareness and remedial exercises, which in turn empowers her clients to assist them in recovery. Laura leads a healthy lifestyle and has been a long-standing member at the YMCA. She believes that a well-balanced lifestyle not only enhances a healthy mind and body but also helps to manage chronic pain, and will in turn, prevent re-injury. Since certifying in Active Release Teachniques in 2008 and completing her training in acupuncture in 2011, Laura is able to apply many modalities in her treatments such as cupping, acupuncture, electrostimulation, active release technique, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. Every treatment is tailored to each clients’ needs with an in-depth conversation and assessment to come up with the best treatment plan for each individual.

🍁Fall Schedule Changes🍁
Summer is flying by and I hope you are all enjoying it!

Just a quick note to say that you will notice some schedule changes starting in September. I will no longer be working Fridays but don't worry I am still working the same number of hours just condensed Mon-Thurs. You will notice I have a couple of "later" appointments available: Mondays at 4pm and Wednesdays at 3:30pm. I kindly ask to book those sparingly (i.e. 1×/month) so others have a chance to book those high valued time slots.

On another note, I am not taking new patients and will reassess in 2026. If you want to refer someone to me or have been referred to me, please reach out through my business Facebook/Instagram page before booking online.

I appreciate your support and cooperation through these changes.
