You are more resilient than you know ✨

Remember the importance in recognizing:

… it’s okay to have bad days.

… it’s okay to not always be positive.

… it’s okay to breakdown sometimes.

… it’s okay you can’t always see the silver lining.

And it’s okay to struggle. There is so much strength powering someone through the hardest parts of life. This too shall pass and you will be stronger because of it 🤍
