Over 100 powerful, inspiring women came together at the Women in Business Summit in Moncton — and the energy in the room was unforgettable. ✨

Leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries gathered for meaningful conversations about leadership, teamwork, stepping outside the box, and what it truly takes to succeed.

When women support one another, incredible things happen.
Through deep conversations and shared experiences, bonds were built, growth stories were shared, opportunities were created, and communities were strengthened.

It was truly an honor to stand on that stage and encourage these incredible women to step outside the box, stretch their mindset, embrace new adventures, and create real connections that last far beyond the conference.

Here’s a weekly activity your team can start immediately:

✨Culture Cards.✨

A deck of bite-sized prompts that nudge positive micro-behaviours once a week.
Simple. Repeatable. Effective.

⚡ How it works:
Monday: Draw one card.
Wednesday: Quick check-in — who acted on it?
Friday: Public shout-out.

That’s it.

When a behaviour becomes natural?
Retire the card. Add a new one. Keep the momentum moving.

Sample prompts:
• “Thank a colleague for rescuing your day.”
• “Ask someone what they’re proud of — work or personal.”
