Overthinking is exhausting, suffocating, and creates a negative mental space. It's something I've been actively working on in my own healing journey. Yep! That's right - I'm human too 😜 and overthinking has been in response to my own struggles with self-doubt & self-esteem ....BUT...what I've learned is that the best way to limit these thoughts is by creating safety in my mind, body, and environment. I have created security, stability, and trust in my intuition 🌱✨️ through Reiki energy and Chakra work.

It brings so much relief and the energy I need to create this shift. When my thoughts take over, I know to focus on two things 👇

Unblocking and balancing my Root and Third Eye Chakra 🫶 the two Chakras associated with overthinking when blocked. Unblocking them reduces my anxiety, calms my nervous system, and brings me back into my body and out of my mind 🙃
