This is Koolhaas Revers. At 78 she is one of a growing number of ‘superagers’. How? Certainly genetics play a role, but mind-set and exercise is one of the biggest factors in aging well. She started cross-fit at the age of 64. In 2018 she won the Powerlifting World Champs in Canada.
Yes she’s unique, but do you have the same mind-set? GET STRONGER!
