I’m approaching the end of the semester and the last of my classes for this degree. It’s busy, chaotic, and somewhat stressful. I was reminded to take some mindful moments before beginning my day.
I share this meditation with you because it’s easy, only 10 minutes long, and because it made me feel grounded for starting my day.
