This refreshing mini retreat offers a brief yet powerful escape into nature, perfect for restoring balance and nurturing yourself. For those seeking deeper rejuvenation, the weekend extends with optional individual sessions, including reiki, coaching, yoga, and additional sound healing experiences.

The cost for the sound bath is $30. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and journal to fully immerse yourself in this holistic experience.
