Six years ago, I hit rock bottom and knew it was time for serious change🙏
I felt bloated, had zero energy, and my joints and muscles ached constantly 😢 I was unhappy and needed to make a shift. That’s when I participated in Arbonne’s 30-Day Healthy Living Challenge, and everything began to change💚
Through the program, I learned to swap out harmful foods for those that nourished my body. I discovered the difference between acidic foods that cause inflammation and alkaline foods that support digestion and gut health. With the help of clean eating, protein shakes, gut health support, digestive teas, and energy fizz sticks (packed with B vitamins!), I began to feel more alive and energetic 🙏💚✨
The most valuable takeaway from the experience was the awareness I gained about my body—how it responded to certain foods and how to realign when I felt off track. Being mindful of the sensations caused by food, both good and bad, helped me correct course each time I slipped. With practice, I was able to realign faster and stay on track longer—until it eventually became automatic!
Over the years, I’ve built consistency by completing several 30-day challenges 💪 and I can honestly say I feel the best I ever have!!! Now, I’m passionate about sharing my journey with others, hoping it might inspire them on their own path to feeling their best too💚🙏✨
