Today started today with a good laugh 😂

Client: My shoulders are really bothering me more today than usual.

Me: What did you do?

Client: Started lifting heavier weights again. Not like I used to though.

Me: How much did you lift before?

Client: I could bench press 300lbs.

Me: Holy Batman, that’s more than two of me! You know we women don’t tell our weight!

We both roared laughing!

Honestly—moments like this are why I love what I do. I get to hold space for incredible people, hear about their lives, and have conversations that go from healing to hilarious.

Every day, I’m grateful to jump out of bed and do this work.

Every day should start with the curiosity and innocence of a child. 💫

Yesterday, I had the joy of meeting the sweet 6-year-old grandson of one of my clients. He joined the session, and my heart is still full from it. 🥹

This morning, I walked into my treatment room-a sweet redecorating reminder of his presence. The placement of a gift, Mr. Coffee Cream as he called him, crystals there… pure innocence, pure magic.

He even explored a little sound healing with me, wide-eyed and open to it all.✨

Today, I’m choosing to begin my day with his energy—curious, lighthearted, and ready for wonder. May we all remember what it feels like to see the world through the eyes of a child. 💛
