If you have an injury, you should definitely do PHYSIO. In most cases tho, physio alone is not enough. A Periodized Rehab Program along with proper Nutrition are a critical part of your healing. That’s where we come in;
You need to train in a way that safely strengthens the supporting muscles around the injury and improves overall functionality in your body. You also need to implement the right nutrition methods to provide your body the adequate fuel for recovery. Your muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones heal better and faster with the right training, nutrition, rest and rehabilitation protocols. Even in the RARE event that your injury requires surgery, the above still applies once you get the clear from the surgeon.
