3 days of illness takes a toll...you want comfort food you want good stuff....how do you hold that off. Its hard. I still want to eat though i had good foods and maxed calorie. What to do..well starting with water am i dehydrated. Give it some time. Do something is it bordom. And if it comes down to it ...feed my body!!!. Yes feed it apparenrly it needs something.add some protein or fat! Yes fat!

We all have these mornings....we step on the scale get excited feel great and......it did not move. Why? Well for woman i have found it is a few things....it can be a high salt meal with in the last 3 days. Pms will cause retention. are you getting enough water in. Here is a big one are you getting enough food!. We can under eat. Are you gaining muscle. The main thing....Do not panic. Wait a week. Look at what you have eaten the past week. Sometimes you can lose 10 pounds a month sometimes a pound.

Today i shared my success with my personal friends and family....feeling great. I have had some bloating lately so trying to elminate the cause. I am thinking the russel stovers sugar free chocolates caused it not use to eating them. But still progressing. :)
