Through my journey of wanting to deeper understand the mind and the body and why at times it can let us down took me on many quests and one that lead me on my own spiritual journey.

So many of us crave a life that puts us in alignment with our authentic physical and energetic needs—but it can be difficult even to identify what that might look like in action.

It’s my conviction that healing should never be confined, or restricted, or rule-based.

It is a privilege for me to facilitate for my clients the ability to access new energy, and to witness them discover that it’s been there, all the time.

We have so many more choices available to us than we might first believe—sometimes it’s hard to see the space we need to create for that energy to be accessed, but it’s present; immanent, waiting for us to beautifully move into.

I love working with people from all walks of life, co-creating Energy in Motion, seeing the mind and the body re-shape and re-built in concert, to bring about healing in Mind, Body and Spirit.

Whether through Pilates, Kinesiology, Sports Rehabilitation, BodyTalk, Crystal Sound Healing, Myofascial Release, Intuitive Energy-Work, or sessions that combine any or all of these modalities, I love being free in my treatments to apply and merge modalities in different ways to help bring about healing in the Mind and the Body.

I allow myself to be guided by you to work in whatever way is necessary to restore health for you that day. Through movement exercise prescription, mind understanding and rebalancing, belief system shifting, sound healing therapy and more...each of my sessions take their own shape. I allow the energy and wisdom of your own innate systems to guide me through what your body needs to be restored and reconnected in the best possible way. I love working with people from all walks of life, animals big and small and I love watching your energy in motion and holding space for it to align to a new potential you , so you can be the best version of YOU!
