Just a quick update that there will be no class tonight due to the Easter weekend.

We will have a class Monday night at 7 PM in its place… and don’t worry, there’ll still be chocolate waiting for you 🍫😉

Feeling incredibly honoured and grateful to share that TLW Yoga has received the 2026 Canadian Choice Award for Yoga Studios in Hanwell.

I’m also excited to announce the start of our 8-week Yin Yoga session, beginning Sunday nights from 7:00–8:00 PM. A slow, grounding practice designed to help you unwind, restore, and reset for the week ahead.

My Journey

I have been teaching for 25+ years and have over 700 hours of certified yoga training in various disciplines. I started out as a dancer then became an RCMP officer who always taught classes when I could. Following a tragic event at work I took time to heal and create a safe space. This space became a yoga studio I opened in January 2016. I love sharing yoga and watching people grow. Yoga is about overall wellness not just the physical body and is available to everyone regardless of age, gender or physical ability. The only thing needed is comfortable clothes you can stretch in and the willingness to try. Yoga offers something for everyone and I enjoy helping people find the joy in the practice of yoga.
