Use basic poses and how to apply Pranassage ( yoga massage) techniques in a serene and gentle manner facilitating deep relaxation and healing with professionalism and safety.

Become proficient with hands on techniques: Extra attention will be paid to finding a variety of ways to provide touch to different types of tissues using each others bodies as the tools. Give and receive in yoga poses using your hands, elbows, shoulders, knees and feet. Types of pressure to provide different effects will be shared such as deep steady pressure to ground bones relax the body into gravity or manual techniques to enliven an awareness of the outline of the yoga shape.

Participants will be ready to offer full 1 - 1.5 hour long Pranassage sessions to their clients by the end of the program.

Requirements: Open to yoga teachers, teachers in training and health professionals.
