Wow. We have witnessed an incredible amount of change over the last couple of months. So many people are going through huge life changes. It’s not always easy and it’s not always pretty but if you weren’t yet aware...we are evolving as a species. What once served us may no longer be our path. And so it is for us at Cacao Connection. We are no longer offering cacao for sale and are no longer affiliated with Keith’s Cacao. This has come to be as a result of many signs urging us to evolve who we are and what we are sharing with the world. We may offer an occasional cacao ceremony, but life has nudged us in a new direction for 2020. And we are SO excited to share our love and passion with you soon. Say yes to life when it’s pushing you to the edge of your comfort zone. 💕🙏🏼🕉🔥

Every bit of healing counts. We can’t necessarily see the work and dedication that others are putting into healing and growth. Overcoming traumas. Healing addictions. Forgiving themselves. Forgiving others. Creating inner peace. Cultivating compassion. These are really big things. And such important steps on this path of life.

Yeah! We are! Retreats are in the works...working on a spring, summer and fall gathering here on Gabriola Island. We want to invite those who are seeking an in-depth weekend of diving deep into rituals, inner contemplation, meditation and deeper breathing, heart opening, truth sharing and authentic connections to join us for these gatherings. We are feeling a disconnect when sharing online classes, and so we are calling in the medicine people who are ready to commit to their own path of truth, healing and connections within their communities. Ahhhhhh...😌💕🙏🏼 we have been inventorying our lives and releasing the things that have been a bit too heavy to carry into 2020. It has been nothing short of difficult. Messy. Emotional. Relieving. Healing. Inspiring. These things are crucial parts of walking a spiritual path. We don’t get to skip those parts. It ain’t all sparkles and hummingbirds folks. And...now we are super stoked for the year ahead. It will be filled with magic and truth in ways we have not yet imagined. Namaste friends. 🙏🏼💕🕉🔮🌈🤷🏽‍♀️

💕🙏🏼🌎 Hello friends and cacao lovers. It may seem like we vanished over the last couple of months but we are here. Hibernating. Contemplating. Going deeper to find our truth and alignment for 2020. It has been a super tricky start but things are getting clearer each day that passes. We are making some interesting observations and decisions and we will be putting out a newsletter soon. In the meantime...some words of wisdom inspired by the one and only Richard Rudd, founder of the Gene Keys. His inspiration has been a wonderful Compass. 💕🔮🕉 #2020

I met a woman a few weeks ago who works with a Kogi mama, or shaman, from the Sierra Nevada of Colombia. He came to California a few years ago and performed extensive ceremonies on a particular spot of land. He said, “You’d better do a ceremony here regularly, or there will be serious fires.” ...

Ok cacao lovers! 🔮Who’s a Gene Keys fan? Ohhh myyyy goodness this man continues to be an inspiration with his cosmic spiritual poetic magic. So grateful for the abundance of tools and teachings in our reality today. We get to pick and choose from what feels in alignment with us and let the rest go. The GK have been a steady rudder for me for 3+ years and I’m still learning more the deeper I go. for more info! 💜🙏🏼
