King tides=sauna+cold plunges!! This Saturday, November the 8 from 0800 to 1700 we have some extremely high tides. If there is interest I will bring the sauna down to Twin Beaches/ Pilot Bay. A 2 hour session is only $160 for up to 4 people. Please message me for times and more details

Good morning! There are some PERFECT tides for Hot Sits and Cool Dips coming up this weekend! Saturday June 7 there are 2 slots available. 4-6pm and 630-830 pm and Sunday June 8 from 5-7pm. The cost for a 2 hour session at Pilot Bay (twin beach) is $160 for up to 4 people. Includes everything you need for a great sauna session!
