Yoga 1000 Islands in association with Gananoque Pride presents a free gentle yoga session with mindfulness and gentle yoga to start your day!

Give us a try! Join us March 3 & 17 Grace United Church, Gananoque for yoga at the drop in rate of $15, usually $20!
Then join a 5 classes package by booking online starting March 24 for 5 consecutive classes!

NO class on March 10th!!!
