Today, October 16th, we celebrate World Spine Day. 🩻

The theme this year is Invest In Your Spine - to encourage individuals , communities, health care provides and policymakers to take proactive steps to prevent spinal issues through education, lifestyle adjustments and workplace ergonomics. 🖥️🤸🏼‍♀️

By providing our patients with these tips during your assessment and follow up appointments, we hope to help reduce the number of visits required during a flare up or injury! 🩼👩‍⚕️
