When the nervous system is in “fight or flight,” the body prioritises survival, not repair.

Only in a calmer and regulated state can it focus on restoring balance and function.

Ever since I can remember I have been fascinated by trees ( 🤔 Branching Out Centre 😉 ) Years ago this tree in particular encapsulated my heart! Mostly because I can literally feel love from the heart of the tree!!
The other day whilst hiking with Mr Scottman, we were both bewildered at the loss of this majestic tree!! One thing I know for certain I can still feel the JOY emulating forth!! I ❤️ how Hilton Falls Conservation has added this reflection bench!!!

Truly an incredible documentary of a very Grand Man and Canadian. Carve out time to sit back and watch!! Be prepared to shed a tear and simultaneously have a smile erupt across your face. Then take a moment to process the Phrase I LIKE ME!!
