Mobility is key to moving well, preventing injury, and supporting long-term joint health. This , we’re showcasing exercises to target hips, spine, and shoulders:

90/90 Hip Switch – 8–10 reps per side
Opens hips, improves rotational mobility, and preps your lower body for movement.

Cossack Side Lunge – 6–8 reps per side
Enhances lateral hip and groin flexibility while strengthening legs for stability and balance.

Frog Stretch – hold 20–30 seconds
Deep inner thigh and hip opener that relieves tension and improves overall hip mobility.

YTI Sequence – 5 reps each position
Strengthens the upper back and shoulders while improving posture and scapular control.

Thoracic Spine Thread the Needle – 8–10 reps per side
Increases thoracic rotation, relieves stiffness, and supports healthy spinal mechanics.

💡 Pro tip: We recommend doing these every day for just 5 minutes. It’s that easy and it makes a big difference over time!
