Emergency nurses are trained to notice everything.
That training is exactly what taught me to trust intuition.
I spent years working in emergency medicine where we were trained to assess everything — heart rate, breathing, subtle changes in behavior.
We are trained to question, observe, and keep searching until we understand what is really happening.
What surprised me later in life was realizing that intuition works in a similar way.
It is another form of awareness.
Just like in nursing, intuition notices subtle signals first — small shifts in energy, behavior, or feeling that others might overlook.
Both require presence.
Both require observation.
And both require the willingness to question and look deeper.
This is one of the reasons I now teach people how to reconnect with their intuitive awareness.
Sometimes the answers we are looking for are already speaking to us — we just need to learn how to listen.
