Beneath the surface are deeper layers: emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, rejection sensitivity,
and sensory differences that often go unseen.

ADHD is more than fidgeting or poor focus—it’s a neurodevelopmental condition that affects emotion, motivation, sensory processing, and daily functioning. By understanding what’s beneath the surface, we can better support individuals living with this disorder!
