I have been using a 5lb weight and doing basic arm work.

You will rely so much more on many muscles 💪🏼.. stay strong!

Each piece of cake is generously portioned for the purpose of sharing. Every box will contain one of each of all the following flavours:

Guess who started treatment!!

IFC is a commonly utilized modality in physiotherapy. Interferential Current Therapy is electrical stimulation to manage pain and facilitate tissue healing. IFC utilizes two medium-frequency electrical currents that intersect and interfere with each other within the body tissues. This interference creates a therapeutic effect that targets deep-seated pain and promotes physiological changes at the cellular level.

The sensation is cool - it feels tingly.. but like a good tingly!!

Hello lovely people!! We are a little more than 3 weeks post surgery and a few days ago I was informed that they discovered a third fracture. I’m in good spirits and doing what I can from home.. very excited to start formal treatment next week.
Stay tuned for a post on my favourite items that have been very helpful for post leg fracture recovery. I’ll take you on this journey with me. 💕
