Lifting weights is important. Keeping your body strong is one of the best things you can do for yourself, your quality of life and longevity.
But is it enough? Healing our souls needs more work than that. There are many forgotten tools that we all have but never use anymore as our society is distracting us from ourselves. So we are not connected to ourselves but to something else, something external.
