Digestive help!

Which do you choose? Digestive enzymes or Bitters? Let us break the differences down for you.

Enzymes: Take with your first bite of food. Enzymes such as protease (proteins) Lipase (fats) Amylase (sugar/starches) Cellulase (vegetables) and many others will help break down and increase absorption of your food. Finding enzymes with Betaine HCL is a huge bonus as well.

What is this lovely foliage you ask? (Especially with the bee)

Holy basil! One of my favourite plants for many of its properties. Also known as Tulsi.
Classified as an adaptogen- balancing our adrenal system and how we respond to stress.
