My heart could burst ✨

Our women’s retreat in Mexico was pure magic — a week of going inward and truly living our theme: Trust the Path.
Haramara Retreat Centre held us so beautifully. Nestled in the jungle and above a powerful beach and ocean, it all created the perfect container for self inquiry, reflection and rest.

23 incredible women joined me this year ! — a supportive and cohesive group that brought me to tears many times over with their willingness, friendships, and dedication to self care.
Thank you for showing up fully—for yourself, and for each other.
It is an honour to sit with all of you in circle.
To witness you, and walk beside you.

Many returned for a second retreat with me, and that trust means more than I can ever put into words.🙏🙏🙏

My spirit feels strong, and I’m already dreaming and expanding for what comes next.

✨ Counting down to our sold-out Women’s Breathwork & Yoga Retreat ✨

In less than two weeks, I’m hosting an incredible group of women at —a breathtaking sanctuary on a private 12 acre property in Mexico. 🌿

This retreat is a sacred time for self-care and deep renewal. Set among the lush jungle with the sound of the waves below, it’s the perfect place to ground, rest, and remember who you are beneath the busyness of life.
We come together to be seen, heard, and supported—to share our stories and move forward with clarity and power.

💫 These retreats always fill quickly (this one sold out months ago!), and I’ve already reserved dates for Spring 2027.
I haven’t officially announced it yet, but stay tuned…

Thank you for showing up each Sunday morning to move and breathe together by the ocean. Practicing consistently in the open air—feet on the earth, heart open to the horizon—creates a vitality and clarity that carries far beyond the mat.

This year we journeyed from the ground up—through feet, legs, hips, core, heart, shoulders, eyes—and ended in celebration and gratitude for this community and our bodies. 🌊💛
May the strength and presence you’ve cultivated this summer support you as we move into the next season. 🍂

🌊 Final Waterfront Yoga of the Season 🌊

This Sunday at 9 AM, we gather for our final waterfront yoga class of the summer. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and honour the fullness of the season that’s been, while opening ourselves gently to the turning of fall.
This practice will be celebratory yet grounding—an opportunity to root deeply, to resource from within, and to carry forward what nourishes us into the season ahead.

Hi friends 👋 I’m Jenna—a mom of two boys, longtime yoga teacher, and lover of early mornings by the ocean.

This Sunday at 9am, we’re gathering at Chaster House in Gibsons for yoga class #6 of the season.

We’ve been gently building week by week, and this time we arrive in the shoulders, neck, upper spine, and throat chakra—releasing the weight we carry and finding our voice.
