Waterfront Yoga is coming back 🌊

There is something very special about practicing by the ocean—breathing together, moving gently, and starting our Sundays grounded in community.

This summer, we meet again!

As always, I’m opening a locals-only presale for two days only April 6 & 7 ✨
A soft invitation to commit early—to yourself, your body, and to slow Sunday mornings by the sea.

Last summer, over 40 of you joined our opening class! And zero sessions were cancelled due to weather🤍
This year is already shaping up to be warm, bright, and beautiful and I’m excited to share another season with you.

A new year asks for more than resolutions.

This January, I’m hosting two Conscious Connected Breathwork circles—an invitation to begin the year intentionally, gently, and in your body.

Breathwork is a sacred practice.
A way to clear what’s heavy, quiet the mind, and move back into the intelligence of the heart 💗

A small, intimate group with just a few spots remaining.
Held in community, in warmth, in reverence.

My heart could burst ✨

Our women’s retreat in Mexico was pure magic — a week of going inward and truly living our theme: Trust the Path.
Haramara Retreat Centre held us so beautifully. Nestled in the jungle and above a powerful beach and ocean, it all created the perfect container for self inquiry, reflection and rest.

23 incredible women joined me this year ! — a supportive and cohesive group that brought me to tears many times over with their willingness, friendships, and dedication to self care.
Thank you for showing up fully—for yourself, and for each other.
It is an honour to sit with all of you in circle.
To witness you, and walk beside you.

Many returned for a second retreat with me, and that trust means more than I can ever put into words.🙏🙏🙏

My spirit feels strong, and I’m already dreaming and expanding for what comes next.
