✨ How to Connect with the Ones You Love in Spirit ✨

You don’t have to be a professional medium to feel the love of those who’ve crossed. Spirit often meets us when we slow down, set intention, and open our hearts. Here are a few gentle ways to connect:

🕯 Create a sacred space and light a candle, hold a photo, or sit somewhere quiet.
🌬 Breathe & ground and take 3 deep breaths, imagine roots in the earth, and surround yourself in light.
💜 Set intention and simply say: “I invite your love and presence here.”
👁️👂💫 Notice the signs of a memory, a scent, a song, a sudden knowing, a wave of emotion.
📓 Journal or write down impressions; Spirit often speaks in patterns over time.

There are no true mistakes in this life. Only moments that sculpt us, redirect us, and remind us of who we are becoming.

Each choice, each stumble, each “I wish I had known better” is an essential brushstroke in the masterpiece of your becoming.

When we carry shame, regret, or the feeling that we’ve somehow “failed,” we cut ourselves off from the truth. That even the most painful experiences are sacred teachers.
