I’m honored to welcome Ashley Carlson, a Certified Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in School & Applied Child Psychology, who has spent six years supporting children and teens at Wildflowers Therapy in Regina. Ashley brings a grounded, compassionate, and child-centered approach to understanding how young people process grief, loss, and big emotions.

Ashley holds a Master’s in School & Applied Child Psychology and is a Certified Clinical Counsellor. For the past six years, she has been helping children and teens process grief, loss, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions through her work at Wildflowers Therapy in Regina.
She lives in Regina with her husband and daughter, Kylie and is still celebrating the Riders Grey Cup win! 💚💛
Ashley is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for children to express themselves, heal, and feel understood.
