I have been growing and trusting in my spiritual path and guidance. Having the opportunity to share what I love and what brings my life such joy is an amazing blessing!! This discovery and the uncovering of my ability to communicate with those that have crossed over has not been an overnight occurrence and truthfully a bit of a surprise! But what an amazing opportunity to help understand and spread healing to others! It really caused me to dig deep and confront a lot of baggage I was carrying around. Resulting in deep healing for my soul. Having children really enhanced this connection for me. Truly they are miracles. I have always had a strong intuition but did not always follow it. Every year there is a new fad, a new way the world tells you that you aren’t eating right or looking right. That rarely is aligned with what your body truly needs. The guides encourage you to pay attention to how to feel after you eat or drink. Your body will tell you. If you feel weighed down, lethargic, gassy, or discomfort, that food item isn’t for you. Your body is a highly intelligent being that is in constant communication with you. It’s time to listen to your body.

Don’t forget to take care of yourself. This doesn’t only look like pedicures and sleep ins. It is speaking kindly to yourself. Validating your thoughts and emotions. Making choices that are safe. Making choices that are calming to your nervous system. It is asking for help when needed instead of punishing yourself for not being superhuman. It is forgiveness. You are amazing, strong, intelligent and capable, but you are also sensitive, soft, and fragile in the most courageous ways. You deserve to have soft hands with yourself. To look after of yourself with deep love and care.
