Any moment of any day can bring back a flood of emotions and memories. Could be the change in the weather, season, calendar, the smell of spring or the birds chirping that brings you back. Sometimes this is welcomed and sometimes it is not. Both experiences are purposeful in your healing. Instead of running from the emotions, ask the emotion what it is telling you. Sometimes we need to remember the good and sometimes there’s a new layer of healing from the hard. Know that your loved ones and angels are always with you, every moment of every day.

Like individuals, families ( chosen and given) grow and evolve. Today’s message indicates just that. For some, this is confirmation of pregnancy, birth, adoption, engagement, marriage and clarity. For others is dissolving of relationships, boundaries, health change. Both, destiny, both changing the dynamic and experience you are used to. The angels want you to take forward the belief that they are with you every celebration and every tear. That this brings answers and releases worry and fear. If you have been carrying hurt and traumas from your upbringing or previous relationships, it’s time to put them down. They are too heavy and not yours to carry. As April comes to a close, release all that no longer serves you to fully embrace the miracles of May.
