I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little about my background and experience as a Nurse.
I'm Chalynn Holroyd (Wellington) I graduated from the Practical Nursing Program in 2015 from St.Clair College of a Applied Arts and Technology. I am a good standing with the college of nurses and continually update with continued education. My experience includes a duration in the Emergency Department, many years working in Geriatric Rehabilitation including Stroke, Spinal cord/ Acquired Brain Injury, and Amputees. Furthermore specializing in Post-Op Surgery from the diverse skills with Ambulatory Care. Most recently completing the Perioperative course at Lambton College. Other competencies pertain to First Aid, Heart and Stroke Healthcare Provider level (C) CPR, 12 lead ECG, non-violent crisis prevention, Phlebotomy and IV starts. I will be available from the scheduled nursing visits to hourly care. I will provide the support and services that will help ensure the best care is provided to my community.
