Last Friday we came together as a team to celebrate some very exciting news! 🎉

We’re sending a huge congratulations to Tim as he heads off on parental leave at the end of next week to welcome a new little one into the world! 👶💙 We enjoyed a potluck (lots of great food, of course!) and shared some gifts with Tim and his wife Hannah as they get ready for this next chapter.

Ready to take control of your knee, hip, or back osteoarthritis? Our GLA:D Programs are starting again this spring at Physiotherapy Alliance! 🦵🏼💪🏼

This program includes coming into the clinic two times a week for six weeks. Also, there will be two education sessions provided through out the six weeks.

This evidence-based program helps reduce pain, improve mobility, better understand your back, knees, or hips, and build strength through education and supervised exercise. 🙌🏼😆

Clinic upgrade! 👀

Our yoga balls officially have a new home on the wall! 🏡

Not only does it keep them organized and give us a bit more space in the clinic, but it also makes them easy to grab for exercises focused on balance, core strength, and mobility.

Plus… they’re now impossible to miss. If you’re lying on the treatment table, you might notice a row of colourful yoga balls watching over your rehab. 😄

Don’t worry — they only come down when it’s time to put them to work!
