Important Update: This course will now be offered online on May 29, 2026.

We’re pleased to offer a Mental Health First Aid course through Alexandra Marine and General Hospital.

This course is designed to build awareness and confidence in supporting others. Participants will learn how to recognize when someone may be experiencing a mental health challenge, communicate effectively, reduce stigma, and provide meaningful support. The training also includes opportunities for personal reflection, along with an overview of available mental health resources and supports.
