Couple of updates for the April yoga schedule:

Tuesday classes are back to the Mindemoya community hall as of this coming Tuesday.

No class this coming Friday April 18 as it is Good Friday.

We are moving back to Mindemoya starting this Tues April 15th! Chair Yoga at 1pm, followed by Yoga at 2pm
