32 years ago April 1st 1994 I opened my business EXPLOITS HEARING AID CENTER for the first time I remember that day so well, I was nervous and proud at the same time. I was all alone until my husband Bill Earle joined me about a month later and started his training and then my son in law Toby Penney started with us in 2002
We have seen a lot of changes in the past 32 years with the technology.

30 years ago on April 1st, 1994,

I opened the doors to Exploits Hearing Aid Center. I can still feel the tremble in my hands, and the flutter in my heart not knowing where to begin. I never did a business course, all I knew was that I wanted to help others hear.

I know a lot of people didn't think I could do it......but I am still here.

With the help of my husband Bill and my son in law Toby .We make a good team!!

I can still see the smile on my parents face....and I can still hear their encouraging words. I wish they were still here to see that I made it all those years.....

30 years have past so quickly..... Thanks to our Starkey Canada Reps in the past and to our present Rep Laura Abdulnour

Dianne is a licensed Hearing Instrument Practitioner and has been the owner/operator of Exploit’s hearing Aid Center for 26 years. She brings 45 years of industry experience and does her best to ensure her client’s needs are satisfied. Having a one-sided hearing loss herself, she truly understands the challenges of having a hearing loss and enjoys seeing the improvement in her client’s quality of life. Dianne is also the patient care coordinator and invites you to speak with her today. Locally owned and operated by Dianne and Bill Earle.
