Regarding the new article in The Telegram about Dr. Cohens clinic. Reporter error was made in stating "The Windsor Clinic will officially close March 27, 2026". Please be advised that it is only Dr. Cohens family practice closing due to his retirement, the other family Physicians are remaining at the clinic.

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as Call-In/As-Needed Medical Office Assistant (MOA). In this role, you will provide essential administrative support within our healthcare facility. This position is perfect for those who want a flexible schedule and are available to work on short notice.

Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for absent or vacationing staff.
- Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Update and maintain patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Greet and assist patients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and able to respond to call-in requests promptly.

Working Conditions:
- This is a call-in/as-needed position with no guaranteed hours.
- Work may be required on short notice.
- Coverage of summer holidays
