🏋️♂️💦Strength and Cardio :
Strength and cardio-based classes focusing on cardio and strength exercises. Both bodyweight and weights are used to optimize muscle growth and work in a fat-burning zone. Cardio is used to emphasize the importance to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system for a healthy life!
🏋️♂️💦Strength and cardio express:
Similar to strength and cardio classes these classes are designed to prioritize the working individuals who wish to stay active. The strength and cardio combined class has no initial start date, meaning you can come at any time from 10:30am to 1:00pm OR 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and still receive a great workout whenever you finish work!
🏋️♂️💦Zoom classes:
These classes are perfect for those nights when you can’t find a babysitter for the kids. Zoom classes are done online in the comfort of your own home while still receiving a workout that challenges you whether in the gym or your living room you’ll sweat it out either way!
🏋️♂️💦30+10 :
This 40 minute class is a combination of strength and training aerobic exercise. The first 30 minutes consists of strength training with the final 10 minutes changing into cardio-based exercise to push the cardiovascular system. Let’s do it old style!
🏋️♂️💦BIG 40:
Classes in big 40 consist of 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength training. This class is the opposite of 30+10. Old-school workouts are always good!
🏋️♂️💦Let’s get physical:
This is a 40 minute class, it can be done from the comfort of your own home or in person at the gym! Workouts will be all strength or a mixture of body weight cardio
🏋️♂️💦Women Warriors :
This class is a female youth class and will be a combination of strength and cardio
🏋️♂️💦Teen strength and cardio:
This class offers the same benefits as our Strength and conditioning-based classes, but are intended for children ages 13-18 focusing on cardio and strength-based exercises.
🏋️♂️💦Dry land training :
This class is intended for youth, ages 9-14 to help maximize their potential on ice skills. This class will include cardio, strength, and agility. We will work on extra skill training with our circuit style workouts while these classes will still keep them in shape and provide a good sweat.
🏋️♂️💦Strength and stretch :
This class is filled with band work and bodyweight exercises with a sprinkle of cardio for good measure. Great for keeping the body supple at all ages.
