What's the difference??

Both use suction to lift tissue, boost circulation, and relieve tension, but the method is different:

👉 Cupping: Uses pumps or squeezed silicone to create suction. Controlled, consistent, and super versatile.

👉 Fire Cupping: Uses heat to create suction inside glass cups. A more traditional approach with a deeper, intense feel. (& yes, it uses real fire to create that heat!)
