We have recently conducted a thorough investigation following complaints from a few parents regarding their experience at our store. Some family members seeking to be tested for strep were turned away, and we were informed that they were told: “it may not even be strep.”

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and support. This experience does not reflect our core values, as we are dedicated to providing the highest quality, accessible care to everyone seeking better health.
