We are excited to announce our rebranding!

Formally known as GP Holistic Counselling Services we are now known as Keep’N It Real Solutions. For over 10 years GP Holistic Counselling services served over 5000 clients ages three and up all throughout Canada.

Having the pleasure of serving clients and students, coupled with my own personal journey, a change was needed. It became clear that I am known to “Keep it real” which has been helpful for people to work on their healing. Countless brave individuals, couples and families working on their wellness have thanked me “for being real” with them which made me realized that very few people, even as professionals, are brave enough to be “real.”
Throughout our journey what we learned is:

1. People do not want the traditional “how does that make you feel” kind of therapist- they want, and deserve, someone to keep it real with them. Life is often clouded with a number of things- therapy does not have to be one of them.

2. We all have pieces of the puzzle that we are trying to figure out. While therapy may be uncomfortable at times, it will never be unsafe with us. We all need and deserve safety. This is where we shine and where you can work towards your healing and helping you find your best solutions.

3. People want barriers removed and we listened! We moved strictly to virtual so you do not need to worry about the extra hidden costs of traditional in person therapy (gas, travel fees, babysitters, time off work etc).

4. People tend to open up more in their own preferred location (and maybe in their pjs) which can help them find their solutions sooner!

5. Life is hard- but getting good quality therapy doesn’t have to be!

Our Keep’N It Real Solutions logo represents many things to us. As mentioned before, we are all trying to figure things out. People need people. The puzzle demonstrates this and the missing piece is what we bring to the table. The puzzle is also a heart because we frankly deal with matters of the heart. The colours represent both masculine and femininity energies and also represents clarity, open communication, practical thinking and stress relief- all things we want our clients to feel when working with us.
