What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?
ART is a therapy that helps you process painful memories and emotions without needing to retell every detail. It’s often used for PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, and grief.
How does it work? ART uses eye movements and guided imagery to help your brain “rewrite” how it stores tough memories — so they no longer feel as overwhelming.
What to expect? You’ll stay in control, focus on images and sensations (not just words), and often feel real relief in just a few sessions. Are you or someone you love suffering? Talking out, processing, and noticing distorted thought patterns with a trained professional can be an important part of healing.

But what happens if you spend years in talk therapy and only see minor improvements? It’s not your fault. It’s not your therapist’s fault. There’s a reason why talk therapy only goes so far.
