Getting movement in does not have to be difficult.
Sometimes it can be as easy as laying on your floor watching love is blind while using resistance bands.
The import thing is that you do it. If 5 minutes is all you can manage to get in, GREAT- you got 5 minutes more movement than you would have if you didn't do it.
Exercise is such an important part of staying healthy, but for some people (me) its the hardest habit to maintain.
