As the year winds down, don’t forget to use up your massage benefits before they expire! Most plans reset at the end of December, and spots are already filling up fast.

Important Reminder: Appointment Times

Hey everyone! As we continue to work together to achieve your wellness goals, I wanted to take a moment to remind you of my appointment policies.

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, it may impact the length and quality of your session, as well as affect the time slots of clients scheduled after you. Here's how we'll handle late arrivals:

5 minutes late or less: Your session will proceed as scheduled.

5-15 minutes late: Your session may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time.

More than 15 minutes late: Your session may be rescheduled for another time, and you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Please note that my schedule is carefully planned to ensure each client receives the best possible experience. When one client is late, it can impact the entire day's schedule. I understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I appreciate your punctuality.

Important: Regardless of the length or outcome of your session, you will still be responsible for paying for your original appointment slot.

If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.

When someone no-shows or cancels last minute, it’s not just lost time — it’s also an appointment that could’ve gone to someone waiting to get in.
