Through my practice as a Registered Psychologist, I offer counselling services for perinatal mental health, encompassing perinatal depression, anxiety, rage, and psychosis. My general focus includes depression, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, family conflict, coping skills, self esteem, stress, and more. I am passionate about reproductive and perinatal mental health!
