I believe there is power when women come together in love, strength, and support. Within my journey the biggest hurdle was stepping into the truest and most authentic version of myself. To love myself for who I am. I know this journey is best traveled with a supportive group of women by your side. The ones that love you for exactly who you are and support you on your unique journey.
Within this growth I wanted to develop something new and different. A true union between women of support and strength within this community. We are so fortunate to have so many beautiful, strong, and unique women within Grande Prairie and the surrounding area. I wanted to create a space of coming together...where we all support each other in the pursuit of our truest expression and authentic truth.
Welcome to the Authentic Women’s Collective! A sacred space where women come together to support, heal, and empower one another on their individual journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.
In our circle, we honor and celebrate the unique experiences, strengths, and vulnerabilities of each woman. We believe that authenticity is the key to healing and growth, and we create a safe and non-judgmental environment where women can freely express themselves and be seen and heard for who they truly are.
Through various healing modalities, such as guided meditation, yoga, breathwork, journaling, workshops, and expressive arts, we explore and support anything that may be holding us back from living our fullest and most authentic lives. We support each other in embracing our true selves, finding our inner strength, and reclaiming our power.
Our circle is guided by Women and Healers of this community who hold space with compassion, empathy, and deep respect for each woman's unique journey. They provide gentle guidance and create a nurturing atmosphere where support and connection can unfold naturally and organically. You can expect each circle to be different within the unique voice of different Women/Healers from this community guiding each circle.
